SALT LAKE CITY (KUTV) — Three people were critically injured after a head-on collision in Utah County.
According to Utah Highway Patrol Trooper Anderson, the collision happened on US-6 east of Tucker shortly after 4 p.m.
Anderson said a Mazda crossed the center line and hit a Ford head on.
Two of the victims were taken transported via helicopter and one taken by ground in an ambulance, all in critical condition. As of Saturday, they are all expected to recover.
Both directions of US 6 were closed to traffic for about 30 to 45 minutes while crews investigated the scene.
All roads have since reopened.
