UPDATE: The Buncombe County Sheriff's Office says Tyler Joseph Buckner has been located and is OK.

Buncombe County authorities are asking for help locating a missing Weaverville area man last heard from nearly two weeks ago.

Authorities say Tyler Joseph Buckner, 22, was last heard from on July 23rd, 2022, when he spoke with his mother.

Buckner has medical issues, and it is unknown if he has been taking his medication.

Authorities say Buckner is approximately 6’2” and 130 pounds with brown hair and brown eyes.

Anyone with information about the location of Tyler Joseph Buckner is asked to contact the Buncombe County Sheriff’s Office at (828) 250-6670 or submit a tip via the Buncombe County Sheriff’s Office app, which can be downloaded in the Apple or Google Play stores.
