MASON CITY – The Mason City High School Alumni Association held its annual meeting at the Mason City Community Building on Sunday, July 24. Two honored guests who did not attend were presented with plaques.
Lucille Burns, a proud graduate of the class of 1942, celebrated her 98th birthday around the same time as the reunion. Dorothy Mason missed her first reunion since her graduation in 1932. The reunion would have been Mason’s 90th. Dorothy will turn 108 on Sept 11.
