Man critically injured in Davis County crash

SUNSET, Utah — Authorities say a man is in extremely critical condition after his car was sandwiched between two vehicles.

Thursday afternoon, a white Pontiac Grand Prix, a white Kia Soul, and a maroon Ford F-350 were traveling northbound on Interstate 15 at milepost 337 in Sunset when the Pontiac suddenly switched lanes to the left, possibly for traffic.

The F-350 crashed into the Pontiac, causing the Pontiac to collide with the Kia.

The man driving the Pontiac was taken to a hospital in extreme critical condition.

His name has not been released at this time.
