CLARKSVILLE, TN (CLARKSVILLE NOW) – The 2022 Tennessee State Primary and Montgomery County General Election was held today, and polls closed at 7 p.m.
Here are the Montgomery County results in contested races, with early and absentee votes, plus 38 of 38 precincts reporting.
The Circuit Court judge and Chancellor races also include Robertson County results, with early and absentee votes plus 18 of 18 Robertson precincts.
State Primary
There were two contested local State Primary Election races, and they were both on the Republican ballot. The party winners will face each other and any independents in November.
TN House, Dist. 67
- R: Tommy Vallejos, 63.02% (1,433 votes)
- R: John Dawson, 36.5% (830 votes)
The winner will face Democrat Ronnie Glynn in November.
