UPDATE: Oklahoma Highway Patrol has confirmed Don Sellman was detained by Muskogee police.
The 16-year-old and the 6-month-old child have still not been found.
The OHP says Chasity might be driving a white Cadillac with the child.

TULSA, Okla. (KTUL) - Lawton police have issued an Amber Alert for 6-month-old Carson Sellman.
Police said the child is a white male.
The child went missing around 7:45 Thursday morning from his foster home.
The child's foster mother reported her foster daughter Chasity Sellman, 16, is also missing with Carson, who were both in DHS custody.
Police said they believe the child and 16-year-old could be with Don Sellman, 49, who drives a white Cadillac.
Police said they could possibly be going to Tahlequah, where Don lives. Their last known location was Interstate 44 south of Newcastle.
Don is known to carry weapons and use drugs, police said. If you see them, call 911.
