The Wichita Police Department is looking for the person who lit grass on fire early on Wednesday at Evergreen Park, 2700 Woodland.
Photos taken at 12:38 a.m. on Wednesday that were shared by the WPD, the City of Wichita, and Wichita Park and Recreation show a black automobile passing through the park.
According to police, the car's occupant tossed a mortar shell out the window, which sparked a grass fire on the park's western edge.
