ATV crash injures Perham man

Perry Lillis, 58, of rural Perham was driving the ATV and was injured in the crash. He was taken to a nearby hospital for treatment, and later remained under the care of the hospital, with injuries believed to be non-life-threatening.

A rural Perham man was injured in an ATV accident Wednesday evening, according to the Otter Tail County Sheriff’s Office.

Perry Lillis, 58, of rural Perham was driving the ATV and was injured in the crash. He was taken to a nearby hospital for treatment, and later remained under the care of the hospital, with injuries believed to be non-life-threatening.

A girl who was riding with Lillis on the ATV was not injured, according to the sheriff’s office. Alcohol is believed to be a factor in the crash, which remains under investigation.

Ottertail Fire and Rescue and Perham Area EMS assisted the sheriff’s office at the scene. The crash was reported at 6:36 p.m. in rural Perham.
