Two traffic incidents were reported from around the area yesterday (August 3rd).
The first occurred as a direct result of the storm that ripped through Eastern Wisconsin yesterday.
A semi-truck was turned onto its side in Calumet County.
The wind gusts of upwards of 79 miles per hour caused the semi to tip on in the area of Highways 10 and 55.
No injuries were reported.
Meanwhile, in Kaukauna, a dump truck struck an overpass.
The incident occurred just after 4:00 p.m. on I-41, at Highway CC/Rosehill Road.
This is the second time this summer that specific bridge was hit.
No injuries were reported in that crash either, but it is still under investigation.
