APPLICATION TO APPROPRIATE WATER
NO. 92057
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that on the 20th
day of July 2022 Snow Livestock LLC of Fallon,
Nevada made application to the State Engineer
of Nevada for permission to appropriate 0.20
c.f.s. and 4.48 a.f.a. of the public waters of
the State of Nevada. Diversion is to be made
from an underground source at a point located
within the SW1/4 NE1/4 Section 30, T18N,
R29E, MDB&M or at a point from which the
NE corner of Section 5, T18N, R29E, MDB&M
bears N 19 degrees 17 minutes 20.3 seconds
E, a distance of 24,947 feet (approx. 5 miles
South of downtown Fallon, NV). Water will be
used for stock water (200 cattle) purposes from
January 1st to December 31st of each year.
