Washington County Coroner Mark Styninger says positive identification has now been made of a man and woman who were struck and killed by an Amtrak train in Richview around 12:38 Wednesday morning.

Styninger says additional information on the case and the identity of the two will be released later as it becomes available.

Styninger initially asked for the public’s help in trying to determine the identity of the two who were not carrying identification and had no identifiable tattoos.   The female appeared to have been in her late teens to early 20s with very long brown hair.  The man was in his 20s or 30s with dark hair.
