LAUREL COUNTY, Ky. (FOX 56) – A 17-year-old boy has not been seen since early Tuesday morning, according to the Laurel County Sheriff’s Office.
Joshua Winkler, 17, was reportedly last seen at around 5 a.m. off Finley’s Trailer Park Road.
