Elections: Miller, Swiger, Kick are top vote winners in Ashland, Holmes statehouse races

Today is a special primary election for Ohio's Statehouse (House and Senate) and Central Committee races.

This Aug. 2 primary determines which candidates appear on the November ballot for Ohio's 132 statehouse races.

Here are the latest results for contested races in Ashland and Holmes counties. Wayne County does not have a contested race.

Holmes County: 19th District state senator - Democratic primary
