The Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation has arrested a Lincoln County man after a child pornography investigation.
On July 26, special agents with the OSBI Internet Crimes Against Children task force arrested a Lincoln County man.
The investigation began after the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children forwarded a cyber tip to the Bureau. They received information that the user had uploaded suspected child pornography, and the account was traced back to the suspect.
The suspect is facing charges of possession of child pornography and violation of the Oklahoma Computer Crimes Act.
The OSBI was assisted by the Stroud Police Department and the Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office in this investigation.
