STREETER, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – Officials in Stutsman County retrieved an abandoned vehicle in some water west of Streeter Thursday morning.

Stutsman County Sheriff Chad Kaiser reports a passerby noticed tracks leaving the road into the water and contacted his department on Thursday, July 28.

Sheriff Kaiser says while they were on scene, they were contacted by the vehicle owner.

The driver was not injured and cited for some traffic violations.
