Two young Wichita children were reunited with their parents after they were kidnapped by a group of juveniles.

It happened just after 5:00 p.m. Wednesday afternoon near 45th and Hoover. Police say the parents went into a friend’s home, leaving their two children, ages 1 and 3, in the car.
Four suspects between the ages of 12 and 16, then drove off in the car, with the children inside. Officers were able to find the car with the children safe in their car seats a short time later on a nearby road.
One of the suspects was held at gunpoint by the children's father until police arrived.
All four suspects were taken into custody.
