In a Facebook post, the BCSO wrote that James Michael Fountain was on Inmate At Work Detail in Nashville when he escaped.
The Sheriff's Office captured Fountain within six hours.
Sheriff Ray Paulk would like to reassure the community that the escapee is back behind bars and will be charged with escaping.
“Unfortunately these things happen from time to time when your using inmate labor to help clean up our community. All inmates on work detail are classified as non-violent offenders.” Stated Sheriff Paulk.
