Nik Blosser takes VP post with the electric utility.

Another former high-ranking aide to Gov. Kate Brown is taking a job with Portland General Electric (NYSE: POR).

Nik Blosser, who was Brown’s chief of staff for three years before leaving in late 2020, is joining the state’s biggest electric utility as a vice president for public policy, communications and public affairs, Willamette Week reported.

Blosser left Brown’s office to first serve on the Biden-Harris transition team, then moved into a position as chief of staff in the administration’s Office of Cabinet Affairs.

Last fall, Brown climate policy adviser Kristen Sheeran left her government job to become PGE’s director of sustainability strategy.
