Political notebook: Rafael Cruz to speak Monday at Abilene Public Library

Rafael Cruz, father of Sen. Ted Cruz, will speak at 6:30 p.m. Monday at the Abilene Public Library, 202 Cedar St.

The meeting, presented by Texas Right to Life and the Abilene Tea Party, will cover a variety of Texas issues.
