James Richard “Jim” Tennison died Friday, July 8, at the Missouri Veteran’s Home in Mt. Vernon.

Family and friends are welcome to come and go Tuesday evening at the funeral home until 7:30 p.m. Family visitation will be held at the Temple Baptist Church in Monett, on Wednesday, July 13, at 10 a.m. The funeral service will follow at 11 a.m. under the direction of the Bennett-Wormington Funeral Home. Interment will follow at the Kings Prairie Cemetery.
