Allen County is hooked on science

ALLEN COUNTY, Ky.- Children in Allen County found themselves surrounded by science today.

Jason Lindsey, better known as Mr. Science, entertained families with different experiments and taught various elements of science in a fun, hands-on way.

Lindsey is a nationally recognized STEM educator who has traveled globally to communities sharing his love of science.

“You can see it in their eyes, you know that they’ve got a science concept because of the ‘wow’, factor. Their mouth will drop. Their eyes will get bigger. They’ll say those oos and ahs…exclamation marks and all different kinds of different stuff that really gets them excited,” said Lindsey.
