Officials say a semi truck driven by Troy Zielinski, 45, failed to yield at a railroad crossing and was hit by a train near County Road 1300 and County Street 2840.
Deputies say both the conductor and engineer of the train escaped without injuries.
The report says Zielinski was pinned for three hours before he was freed by the Chickasha Fire Department by use of a spreader tool.
According to OHP, Zielinski was pronounced dead at the scene 'due to massive injuries.'
Authorities say Zielinski's seatbelt was not in use at the time of the accident.
