Manchester, Conn. (WTIC Radio)-A Hartford man faces a Judge today, on charges of sexually abusing a minor child.
Manchester Police received information in May that the suspect,Jesus Manuel Figueroa, 32, was sexually abusing the minor.
On Wednesday, members of the Hartford Police Department's Violent Crimes Unit took Figueroa into custody.

He faces four counts of First Degree Sexual Assault, three counts of Fourth Degree Sexual Assault, Strangulation or Suffocation in the Third Degree and Risk of Injury/Impairing the Morals of a Minor.
Manuel Figueroa appears in Manchester Superior Court today. His bond is $ 750,000.
