Rushville, Clinton, Gordon and&nbsp;West Central Sheridan County are experiencing Flash Flooding at this time.&nbsp;

"Loofborrow Street is closed from the 300 to the 400 block. Please do not drive down that street," City of Rushville said. "No travel is advised east of Rushville at this time."

1.5 to 4 inches of rain has fallen in the region according to the National Weather Service.&nbsp;

A Flash Flood Warning is in effect until 11:30 p.m.&nbsp;
