A woman from Lyman is accused of starting a car fire in Vermont that then spread to a home, where a family was inside, asleep.Police in Concord, Vermont, said Nikki Lucas, 33, started the fire, which spread to two other vehicles, a camper and the home.Lucas has been arrested on a number of charges, including arson.Police did not reveal any sort of motive or explain the connection between Lucas and the people inside the home.
