A Lancaster man was sentenced to eight to 20 years in prison in connection with a homicide three years ago.Brian Paltan, 24, pleaded guilty to third-degree murder for his role in the death of Tyreek Gardner.Gardner was shot and killed on East Chestnut Street in May 2019.Police said Ryan Rivera was the triggerman.Rivera was convicted of third-degree murder in November and sentenced to 40 to 80 years in prison.

A Lancaster man was sentenced to eight to 20 years in prison in connection with a homicide three years ago.
Brian Paltan, 24, pleaded guilty to third-degree murder for his role in the death of Tyreek Gardner.

Gardner was shot and killed on East Chestnut Street in May 2019.
Police said Ryan Rivera was the triggerman.
