Pennsylvania State Police Asking for Help Identifying Suspects in Retail Theft at Ulta Beauty

EAST MARLBOROUGH TWP, PA — Do you know these suspects? The Pennsylvania State Police are asking for the public’s help in identifying three individuals who allegedly stole perfume from an Ulta Beauty store in Chester County.

The theft occurred on June 28, 2022, at around 6:30 PM. Police say that the suspects fled the scene in a black SUV. All of the suspects were described as being approximately 30 years old and black.
