OZARK, Ala. (WDHN) — A Dale County man has been charged with multiple theft-related crimes in Ozark.
On Sunday, Ozark police received information of possible car theft on Lakeview Road. After an investigation, police say they identified and arrested Albin Wayne Carroll for the crime.
Carroll was then charged with theft of property as well as third-degree burglary, receiving stolen property, third-degree criminal mischief, attempting to elude, and possession of a controlled substance.
Carroll is also wanted in Houston County on 40 possession of forged instrument charges and two domestic violence – strangulation charges.
