Man accused of driving 120 mph while drunk in Genesee County

Pembroke, N.Y. —
A man is accused of driving drunk at excessive speeds in Genesee County.

Cordero Royes, 35, of Batavia, was allegedly topping speeds of 120 mph while driving drunk Tuesday night on Route 33 in Pembroke and Corfu.
Deputies arrested Royes around 10:30 p.m. and charged him with DWI and several traffic offenses.

Royes was released with an appearance ticket. He's due in court July 21.
