RICHMOND, Va. (WRIC) — We will have sunny skies across Central Virginia today and it will be a seasonable day with highs, rising to 70 to 75 degrees.

Clear skies will be with us early this evening, but clouds will increase after midnight with lows around 50. There might be a few showers by early Wednesday morning just in time for that commute.

Showers will be around early Wednesday morning and come to an end by noon to 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday and then clouds will persist for the latter part of the day but there might be some late day breaks of sun. It will remain seasonable with highs in the lower 70s.

Partly sunny skies will return for Thursday with highs in the middle 60s so it’ll be a cooler day.

Friday will be a beautiful day with mostly sunny skies and highs around 70.

A warm front will lift to the region during Saturday which will give us partly sunny skies along with the chance of a stray shower. It will be comfortable with highs near 75.

Warmer air will move in for Sunday with highs in the lower 80s under partly sunny skies.

Looking ahead to next Monday and Tuesday it will be warm with highs near 85 under partly sunny skies. There is the chance of a few isolated thunderstorms later in the day on Tuesday.
