Quick / super relatable Bennifer mansion update to start your morning! The couple just took a major step in their relationship and moved to purchase a $50 million Bel-Air home, but apparently the deal fell through during escrow (*pretends to know what that means*) and now they're out here touring a place three times that price.

Jen and Ben were spotted checking out one of the most expensive properties in Los Angeles, aka the "Spelling Manor," a truly massive property built by TV producer Aaron Spelling and his wife Candy. The price tag? A totally normal $165 million.

This property features 14 bedrooms, a bowling alley, a movie theater, a tennis court, a hair salon, and a pool/jacuzzi combo. TBD on if Bennifer buy it, but clearly they have money to spend.

Reminder that the couple just announced their engagement—or, more specifically, J.Lo announced it in her newsletter, saying Ben popped the question with a giant green diamond while she was taking a bath.

"Did you ever imagine your biggest dream could come true?" she mused. "Saturday night while at my favorite place on earth (in the bubble bath), my beautiful love got on one knee and proposed. I was taken totally off guard and just looked in his eyes smiling and crying at the same time trying hard to get my head around the fact that after 20 years this was happening all over again, I was quite literally speechless and he said, 'is that a yes?' I said YES of course that's a YES."

J.Lo continued, "I was smiling so big and tears were coming down my face, feeling so incredibly happy and whole. It was nothing fancy at all, but it was the most romantic thing I could've ever imagined...just a quiet Saturday night at home, two people promising to always be there for each other. Two very lucky people. Who got a second chance at true love."

Cute! Details on their wedding below:
