LYNCHBURG, Va. (WFXR) — What started as a chance for high school seniors to play baseball during the early stages of the coronavirus pandemic has now become an annual tradition in Lynchburg.
For the third year in a row, All-Stars from the Seminole and Dogwood District met in the Ronnie Roberts Classic at Bank of the James Stadium.
The graduating senior all-stars split up into two teams in a West vs. East showdown.
The West All-Stars jumped out to a 10-0 lead after its first three frames and went on to win 13-2.
