Dansby Swanson, International Draft and QO.

Something that hasn't been mentioned. Is under the new CBA.

-In exchange for agreeing to an International Draft by July 25, 2022, MLB will eliminate the qualifying offer system (direct Draft-pick compensation) for free agents.

With the way Dansby has played this year the Braves would be foolish to not offer the Qualifying offer. Dansby could also accept, or turn down and the Braves would then see a Competitive balance pick.

Only update I have found is here. (Link) - https://www.mlb.com/news/mlb-international-draft-proposals (May 31st). Now it would be up MLB alley to announce and International Draft or a Draft agreement during All-Star week, however usually their is more smoking or rumors being kicked around. Below is an excerpt from the above link.

The entire subject of the International Draft, which was temporarily tabled when the new Collective Bargaining Agreement was ratified in March, remains open for discussion until July 25.

By that date, a final decision must be made. If MLB and the MLBPA agree to implement an International Draft, beginning with the 2024 signing period, then the current free-agent Draft-pick compensation system (which includes the qualifying offer) would be abolished, beginning with the 2022-23 offseason.
