TALKING ABOUT. LISA: THIS ALSO HAPPENED EARLIER TODAY. HUNDREDS OF DEMONSTRATORS BLOCKED TRAFFIC ON I-5, RIGHT THROUGH DOWNTOWN SACRAMENTO. FROM THE CAPITOL, THE GROUP WENT ON TO THE FREEWAY NEAR J STREET AND L STREET. LIVE COPTER 3 WAS OVERHEAD DURING OUR NOON HOUR, AS THEY WENT UP THE ON-RAMP. YOU CAN SEE DOZENS OF PROTESTERS WALKING UP THAT ON-RAMP ON TO THE NORTHBOUND SIDE OF THE FREEWAY. THEY WERE PROTESTING THE SUPREME COURT DECISION TO OVERTURN ROE V. WADE. THE GROUP MET AT K AND 14 14th STREETS BEFORE THEY STARTED MARCHING. >> I CAME OUT HERE TO SUPPORT A WOMAN'S RIGHT TO CHOOSE, BODILY AUTONOMY, OUR LIBERTY AND OUR FREEDOM. Hundreds of demonstrators blocked lanes on Interstate 5 near J Street in downtown Sacramento on Monday.The group was protesting on the Fourth of July following the Supreme Court decision overturning Roe v. Wade, according to social media. The group met at 10 a.m. at K and 14th streets before they began marching in the area. After leaving the I-5 area, the protesters went back to the state Capitol.
