A wreck on Pennyrile Parkway six miles north of the Crofton exit sent a teenager to a Louisville hospital Monday morning.
Christian County Sheriff’s deputies say a truck hauling a boat driven by Paula Hatchett of Bloomington, Indiana, was northbound when it ran off the road hitting a guardrail.
The truck traveled off the roadway going down an embankment then hitting a tree and overturning.
A passenger in the truck 14-year-old Gatlin Helms was flown to a Louisville hospital with hand injuries. Three others in the vehicle were treated at the scene for minor injuries.
The crash happened just before 8 am.
