Police catch wanted man with meth, suspected fentanyl pills during Hood River traffic stop

Police say they found a wanted man with drugs on Sunday during a traffic stop in Hood River.

Hood River Police officers say they pulled someone over for a minor traffic infraction on July 3. They found that the driver had an open warrant for his arrest.
Police said they found the man also had meth and some suspected fentanyl pills.
He was booked into the Northern Oregon Regional Correctional Facilities.

“This is just a reminder of the type of dangerous drugs your Hood River City Police Department gets off the streets, which in turn does not make in into the hands of our friends and neighbors,” Hood River Police said.
