Penn State football’s 2023 class could be poised for another big July on the recruiting trail.

Multiple Penn State football recruiting targets are expected to end their recruitments this month and find a college home.

July was a very kind month to the Nittany Lions last year as they ended up landing 12 2022 commits during the month. One of the 12 would eventually decommit, but it was a special stretch for Penn State on the recruiting trail.

Considering the 2023 class already has 16 commits, the chances of Penn State landing a dozen commits in one month seem slim. Regardless, the Nittany Lions could still be in for a big month with numerous top targets set to announce their commitment.

Lets’ take a look at the Penn State football recruiting targets who have set a commitment date in the month of July.
