Grand Junction, CO – (KREX) The Grand Junction Rockies erase a 2-0 hole by getting a solo home run from Charles Middleton in the 4th inning and a solo home run from Casey Peterson in the 5th to tie the game at 2. The Rockies would take the lead when Jordan Garr scored on a wild pitch. The Rockies would build a 5-2 lead and hold on with good pitching from Jacob Wesselman, Alfredo villa, and Joshua Ibarra. The Rockies’ 5-2 win over the Northern Colorado Owlz puts them in first place in the Pioneer League South Division.
