Missing Rockville man found safe, according to police

ROCKVILLE, Ind. (WTWO/WAWV) – UPDATE: According to the Rockville Police Department, Glenn Kiger has been found safe.

The Rockville Police Department is asking residents to be on the lookout for a man who walked away from his home Sunday.

“Glen Kiger was last seen on July 3rd in the evening wearing blue jeans and a blue shirt,” local authorities said in a statement released early Monday morning. “He is believed to have walked away from home and may be confused. We have several agencies out trying to look for him. If you locate him please contact 911!”

UPDATE: A STATEWIDE SILVER ALERT HAS BEEN ISSUED:

“The Rockville Police Department is investigating the disappearance of Glenn Kiger, a 70-year-old white male, 5 feet 5 inches tall, 180 pounds, gray hair with brown eyes, and was last seen wearing a blue t-shirt, blue jeans, and brown Sketcher boots.

Glenn is missing from Rockville, Indiana which is 57 miles west of Indianapolis, and was last seen on Sunday, July 3, 2022, at 8:00 PM. He is believed to be in extreme danger and may require medical assistance.
