FLOYD COUNTY JAIL RECORDS

A Cartersville man is facing multiple charges including aggravated assault on a police officer, fleeing or attempting to elude, and multiple traffic offenses following an incident late last week.

According to Floyd County Jail records, 35-year-old Kenneth Naymond Rogers fled from police at a high rate of speed in the area of Ga. 20 East.

He is accused of driving recklessly on the roadway and on the property of a gas station.

The report states that Rogers attempted to ram a patrol vehicle with his vehicle and then tried to flee on foot.
