Manchester residents celebrate Independence Day

Manchester residents celebrate Independence Day
The city of Manchester held its annual Independence Day celebration at Arms Park on Sunday.Local businesses told News 9 they were thrilled to make their returns after having to sit out the last few years due to the pandemic. "It is awesome to be back,” said Maria Hibbert, co-owner of Hibbert’s family business. “It was torturous to sit at home on the third last year and just watch the TV and watch the fireworks. I was like, 'I want to cry – I want to be at the show so bad!'"
