Danville man wanted for murder

DANVILLE, Va. (WSET) —
A Danville man shot and killed an 18-year-old Yanceyville Township resident and is now wanted for first-degree murder, according to the Caswell County Sheriff's Office.

On Saturday CCSO responded to a report of shots fired on West Church Street in Yanceyville. 18-year-old Kimora Johnson was transported to SOVAH hospital before law enforcement arrived with two gunshot wounds in her back. Kimora died from her injuries Sunday morning.
The CCSO obtained a felony warrant for arrest, charging 20-year-old Ky'un Thompson with first-degree murder. He is considered armed and dangerous.
