Lincoln police: 19-year-old killed in hit-and-run crash at 37th and O streets
Lincoln police are investigating a fatal hit-and-run crash that happened Saturday night.Investigators say they have video of the suspect and are working to locate him. A 19-year-old driver was taken to a local hospital where he later died. Two people in another car were treated at the scene and released. Investigators say a gray Ford was going westbound on O Street when it crossed the center median and hit a gray Subaru going eastbound in the inside traffic lane. That led to the Subaru hitting a white Chrysler.Police say the driver of the Ford left the scene on foot. Police are asking that driver to contact LPD and for family or friends to provide information so investigators can find him. Anyone who saw the crash is asked to call 402-441-6000 or Crime Stoppers at 402-475-3600.
