Due to construction at various polling locations within Farmington Hills, five voting precincts will be temporarily relocated for the Aug. 2 state primary election.
Precincts 5 and 6, at Grace Chapel Church, 27996 Halsted Road, will shift to Faith Covenant Church 35415 Fourteen Mile Road.
Precinct 12 at Woodcreek Elementary, 28400 Harwich School, will shift to Farmington Central High, 30175 Highmeadow.
Precinct 16 at Hillside Elementary School, 36801 Eleven Mile Road, will relocate to St. Toma Syriac Catholic Church, 25600 Drake Road.
Precinct 24 at Power Middle School, 34740 Rhonswood, will shift to Gill Elementary School, 21195 Gill Road.
Voters in these precincts will receive a postcard by mail advising them of the temporary locations.
These location changes are for Aug. 2. election only and all precincts will go back to their regular voting locations for the Nov. 8 state general election.
