Fire crews remained on 11th Avenue into Saturday night.
Officials with the Yuba County Sheriff's Office told KCRA 3 that this fire is an ongoing arson investigation involving juveniles.

"When I came out front, the neighbors were getting all the other neighbors. Everyone came (together) as a team and were able to locate and get everyone out to safety," said Ricardo Contreras, who lives nearby. "Thank God that I still have my house. I feel for the others. Prayers for them."
Contreras shared photos and videos he captured during the ordeal Saturday afternoon, adding that he grabbed a hose and tried to hose down his home and lawn as the fire quickly moved through the neighborhood. Officials said four structures were destroyed. At least one house could be seen from 11th destroyed by the flames.
"It was very fast. Very fast, very scary," said Amanda Bray, who was visiting a relative nearby when the fire started. "I see a little bit of smoke and just pointed it out to them, but then pretty soon you hear someone yell, 'Fire!' and people started running from the houses."
Fire agencies from Olivehurst, Linda, Wheatland, Yuba City, and Sutter County responded to the fire, officials said. Yuba County sheriff's deputies, the Sutter County Sheriff’s Office, California Highway Patrol and nearby police agencies assisted, too.
