Oregon has added another son of a Ducks assistant coach to its 2023 recruiting class.
Teitum Tuioti, a three-star edge rusher, announced his commitment to the Ducks on Saturday. He chose Oregon over Nebraska, Kansas State, Texas Tech, Oregon State, Cal, Washington and Boise State.
The 6-foot-3, 220-pound Tuioti is the son of UO defensive line coach Tony Tuioti, who came to Oregon From Nebraska.
Teitum Tuioti is the No. 2 player in Oregon, No. 51 edge defender and No. 606 overall prospect in the class of 2023 in the 247Sports Composite.
He is the tenth player to commit to Oregon’s class. He joins wide receivers Jurion Dickey and Ashton Cozart, cornerbacks Cole Martin and Collin Gill, defensive tackle Tevita Pome’e, running back Dante Dowdell, safeties Kodi Decambra and Tyler Turner and long snapper Nick Duzansky in a group that’s No. 33 in the 247Sports Composite overall.
