The Omaha Correctional Center reported the death of an inmate Saturday morning.James Trebilcock, 72, was serving a 12-20 year sentence for third-degree sexual assault of a child and attempted first-degree sexual assault in Douglas County.His sentence started Nov. 25, 2019.Trebilcock died at an Omaha hospital — he was previously undergoing treatment for a medical condition, but his cause of death has not yet been determined.A grand jury will conduct an investigation into the matter, as is standard practice when an inmate dies in custody of the Nebraska Department of Correctional Services.
