ORANGEBURG CO., SC – A three-year-old girl is dead, and her brother is injured after falling off a tractor and getting hit by it.

According to the Orangeburg County Coroner’s Office, Jacqueline Major, was fatally wounded on Friday around 11:50 am.
State Troopers tell us Major, and her brother were taken to a hospital where she was pronounced dead.
The incident happened near the intersection of Cope Road and Moore Road in Cope, SC.
“Our condolences go out to this family as well as our prayers to Little Miss Major’s brother who was also injured in this incident,” said the coroner’s office.
The three-year-old’s cause of death will be released after the autopsy, but the coroner says the manner of death is accidental.
