CHAMBER NEWS RELEASE

The Los Alamos Chamber of Commerce celebrated the opening of the Jemez Mountain Brewhouse with a ribbon cutting earlier today, Friday, July 1.

The four owners of the Jemez Mountain Brewhouse, Jef Bold, Scott Johnson, David Martinez, and Jef’s son Eben, welcomed patrons to celebrate their opening and to enjoy craft beers and artisan pizzas. Just up the road in Jemez Springs, the brewhouse is located at 17691 HWY 4.

Their handmade pizza dough has five simple ingredients: Caputo flour and yeast, imported from Italy, sea salt, extra virgin olive oil, and our very own triple filtered Jemez spring water. They pride themselves on their handmade sauce, a secret family recipe passed down and shared for over 30 years. They also offer gluten-free pizza with a cauliflower-based crust and vegan cheese and toppings.
