An unexpected gust of wind caused quite a stir Friday evening in Provo at the Balloon Glow. The event is part of America's Freedom Festival at Provo.
Video shared with KUTV 2News showed the sudden gust of wind, sending people scrambling at Fox Field where the event was taking place. The strong wind caused the balloons on the ground to flap and billow as people rushed to secure them.
Sen. Curt Bramble (R-Provo), one of the hot air balloon pilots, tweeted that while the wind was unexpected, no balloon was damaged.
Provo police said they were not aware of any injuries.
